Mountainside Accounting & Consulting provides audit and accounting services to small, private commercial entities, not-for-profit entities, and homeowners' associations.

Marty D. Van Wagoner, CPA, Managing Partner, has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession. We primarily perform financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for organizations that are required to provide such financial statements to their banks, investors, shareholders, boards of directors, donors, or other interested parties. We also assist with general accounting and consult on research related to complex accounting transactions, when needed.

Mr. Van Wagoner is also a full-time accounting professor at Utah Valley University and teaches professional education courses across the country. He is also the author of three technical accounting reference books.
