About Angie's Injections
Angie's Injections
Building a Utah local business as a nurse injector has been one of the most challenging things I have done. There are so many things that go into it: scheduling, payment options, location, insurance, supply management, fees, marketing, sales, compliance, etc and honestly, all that stuff isn’t my favorite. The absolute best part is meeting new people like you and taking care of my existing clients. I’ve laughed hard with clients and I’ve also cried with clients when they’ve shared meaningful life experiences, which then in turn lifts me up because of how amazing they are.
When I went to school at Bon Losee in Provo to become a Master Esthetician, I loved learning how to do chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facial or scalp massages, and body wraps. The skills I learned helped me jump into my own eyelash extension business, which I ran out of my home while raising 4 small girls. While doing lashes, I always knew deep down that I wanted to do more. So, I did. With my girls getting older and no more changing diapers, I decided to go back to school and get my BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
Soon after trying the nurse life at IMC in Murray, I knew I needed to get back to what I’ve always wanted to do, botox injections. I went to MAAI to get additional schooling and training where I learned under the renowned Yvonne Dellos, CEO and Medical Director of Medical Aesthetic Art Institute. With my extensive training from her and training with other nurse injectors, I started my Utah local business, Angie’s Injections.
I’ve found my passion in the professional world as a botox nurse injector in Eagle Mountain and I enjoy every minute of it. In the Botox FAQ, I describe my approach to injecting and establish “Angie’s Baseline”, which is being conservative in treatment vs giving you more than necessary. I am not incentivized to upsell, hit a sales quota, or require a minimum treatment amount. So, for example, I’d rather give 20 units to you and see if that is enough versus giving you 30 and not knowing if 20 was enough. Once I know your baseline, we build from there and tailor the treatment plan to meet your needs now and in the future.
I’ll continue to build my botox injecting skills and master the craft. As for the near future, I will take additional training to broaden my services (filler, PDO threading, etc) and maybe someday own my own MedSpa here in Utah.
